Swapnil S. Kumare is a Philanthropist & Founder of Shikvan Ngo(Non-remunerative). He is an Engineer in Information Technology, YCCE , MPA (Qualified SET, UGC NET & JRF ),Ex-Investigator at Labour Bureau under MoLE GOI , MCSE from IIT Mandi & Member of International Public Policy Association.

Mrs. Joshna S. Madawi
Co-Founder
Mrs.Joshna Madavi is a co-founder of shikvan ngo as well as an Engineer in computer science.She has rich and diverse knowledge about sociology. currently pursuing for upsc /mpsc competative exams.She appeared in mpsc state service interview in 2018 also she got president award for The Bharat Scouts and Guides work (given by Bharat Ratna A.P.J Abdul Kalam Sir).Now she works for shikvan ngo as tutor.she is teaching a students of 1st - 12th class.
Vaibhav M. Madavi
Director of Operations
Vaibhav M. Madavi is a Co-founder & Project Lead of Shikvan NGO. He is an Entrepreneur (Vaibhav Enterprises) and a Businessman (Owner of Madaavi Traders & Mavelli Enterprises). He has done a Certified course in Food Processing at CFTRI, Mysore. Selected for Maha60 Cornell Accelerator Program under Cornell University, NY and also a Stock Investor.
He is an Engineer in Instrumentation.

Sir is a Philanthropist, CEO, Co-founder, Secretary, Legal Advisor & Admin of Shikvan Ngo. He is a Director of Koytur Farmer Producer Organization Private Limited, Director & Trader of S K Trading Company . He was an Ex. Government Servant(Maharashtra) and has 35 years of working experience in Urban, Semi urban and Rural areas and He has enormous knowledge about Law and order.
